RETURNs, CANCELLATIONs & REFUNDS

Tabletop Enclave, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality service, exceptional retail products, and ensuring that your experience with our community is smooth and enjoyable. To help us maintain a fair and efficient environment for both retail operations and event scheduling, please read and understand our policy below.
By purchasing merchandise or booking a service with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Merchandise Purchases & Returns
We want you to love your games and gear. Retail items are subject to the following return conditions depending on the product type:
General Merchandise (Board Games, RPGs, & Accessories)
- 14-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within
14 days of the original purchase date.
- Unopened Condition: Items must be entirely
unopened and in their original condition. All factory shrink wrap or
tamper-evident wafer seals must be fully intact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items with torn wrap, open boxes, or broken seals.
- In-Store Only: Return shipping options are not available. All returns—including items purchased through our online store—must be completed in person at our physical store location. Please bring your original receipt or proof of purchase.
Trading Card Games (TCGs)
- All Sales Final: All sales of sealed trading card products (including booster packs, booster boxes, tins, elite trainer boxes, and localized decks) in any packaging format are
strictly final. Due to the nature of random assortment and collectibles, we cannot accept returns, issue exchanges, or grant refunds on any TCG merchandise once it has left the counter or shipped.
- Market Volatility: Due to the highly volatile nature of the secondary TCG market, we do not offer price adjustments or partial refunds if the market value of a card or product fluctuates or decreases after your order is placed.
- Hobby & Entertainment Purpose: Trading card products are sold strictly for casual entertainment and hobby purposes. We do not guarantee specific card availability, tournament legality, or future investment value. Purchases are made at the buyer's sole discretion.
- Manufacturing Defects: For any factory printing errors, missing promotional items, or packaging defects inside a sealed product, please contact the game's publisher directly for assistance.
Bookings & Services Cancellation
Due to the limited availability of our tables and coordinated event sessions, we require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid disruptions to our schedule:
- Cancellations More Than 8 Hours in Advance: If you reschedule or cancel your booking at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled start time, you may do so online through our booking system or Member Mobile App with no penalties and full retention of booking credits.
- Cancellations Within 8 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule within 8 hours of your scheduled time, your booking credit will not be refunded. However, you may still reschedule your appointment online through our portal to secure a future time slot without incurring additional cash penalties.
- No-Shows: If you fail to appear for your scheduled booking and offer no prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the session (either in USD or booking credits). A no-show is defined as a missed booking without any prior communication.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the following methods:
- Online: Visit our Member Mobile App to manage your appointments, including cancellations and rescheduling.
- By Phone: Call us at 206-237-3900 to speak with a representative.
- By Email: Email us at huzzah@tabletop-enclave.com with your cancellation or rescheduling request.
Please ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling. If you do not receive confirmation, contact us to ensure your request has been processed.
Bookings & Services Refunds
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our hosted events and space bookings. Refunds for services rendered are typically not offered, except under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Provided as Booked: If an agreed-upon service is disrupted or inaccurate (e.g., severe scheduling errors, inadequate service delivery), please contact us within 72 hours of the session. We will work with you to resolve the issue via re-service, a partial refund, or an alternative remedy.
- Cancellation by Us: If we must cancel your booking or event for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to make your appointment due to illness, family emergency, or other valid reasons, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

We will make every effort to inform you of any updates or changes, but it is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
